Honesty, Integrity and Truth: Three words that have been preached by many, but practiced by few. There are many reasons why people are not honest in our industry, some are self-serving, others are from fear of losing ones job, or being taken advantage of.
At Connectivity, we hold these words in their highest value. We
will walk away from business rather than compromise our Honesty, Integrity or
Truth (HIT). Sometimes a walk is as good as a HIT.
As a client, you can expect from Connectivity, consultants at a fair market value that will deliver an exceptional quality of work.
The word partner has been over used lately. Connectivity doesn't want to be your "partner", but
we do realize that if your company isn't profitable, neither will we.
As our consultant, you can expect to be treated the way you treat Connectivity, paid a fair market wage and to receive a share in the rewards for a profitable
company. I believe in treating others as an equal, and I value long term
relationships.
In today's world, nothing is certain or guaranteed. I of all people should know. I have always tried to treat anyone I come in contact with the way I want to be treated.
