Permanent Placement:  Direct hires for your company.  The fee is based upon the annual salary of the employee with a 90-day guarantee.

Contract for Hire:  3, 6, 9, or 12-month contracts for hire.  A try before you hire, if you like.  Depending upon the length of the contract and the skill set, there may be a reduced fee or no fee at conversion to your employee.
